MITAmbiente handles technical relocations for the transfer of equipment and furnishings from one site to another. These moves require specific skills and attention to detail to ensure the protection of delicate and valuable equipment and the proper organization of the new spaces.

Technical Relocation Phases

Technical relocation phases for laboratories and scientific facilities:

• Site inspection by specialized personnel from our technical office for a preliminary assessment: analysis of both the source and destination sites, as well as the equipment to be relocated.
• Design and creation of a detailed relocation plan, with the option of storing materials pending installation at the new site.
• Packaging and protection: Equipment and furnishings are carefully packaged using protective materials and our proprietary Pallbox containers, with the option of bulk storage without packaging.
• Safe transportation, taking into account the size and weight of the equipment.
• Disassembly and reassembly of specific components or equipment is performed to facilitate extraction and ensure safe transportation. The final connection of the systems is necessary for certification of proper operation after assembly.
• Hazardous materials management: For chemicals or hazardous materials, specific procedures must be adopted for their handling and transportation using specific packaging/containers, in compliance with current regulations.
