Authorizations for the management of special waste

  • Management authorisation for the hazardous and non-hazardous special waste recovery and disposal plant (Legislative Decrees n°152/2006 and s.m.i.)

  • Registration in the National Register of Environmental Managers for Categories 4 and 5 for collection and transport of hazardous and non-hazardous special waste

  • Registration National Register of Environmental Managers for Category 8 for intermediation and trade of waste without possession

  • Italian National Association of Environmental Managers Registration for Category 9 for the rehabilitation of polluted industrial site

 

MITAmbiente adopts the Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 "Regulations regarding the administrative responsibility of entities, companies and associations, even if they do not have legal personality
