This procedure allows employees, collaborators, and any other parties in a relationship with MITAMBIENTE S.R.L. to report suspected misconduct or irregularities, violations of regulations, and general breaches of procedures and company provisions, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023.

Reports, which can be submitted by filling out the document, can be sent using the form available on this page and will be handled in a manner that ensures the utmost protection of those who submit communications or requests for information, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data.

The information you provide will be handled to ensure the maximum protection of the whistleblower and, if requested, processed in complete anonymity and exclusively by the Responsible Officer for handling reports.
