MITAcademy arrives in Sicily
The first stage of the training events on radiation protection organized by MITAmbiente in collaboration with ANPEQ (National Association of Qualified Experts in Radiation Protection) was held on Friday 23 May at Federico II Central Palace Hotel.
The day provided participants the tools needed to address the aspects of risk assessment in different situations. The objective of the course, which was completely free, was to provide the information needed to assess radiological risk in the use of ionizing radiation in healthcare and industrial environments.
The course, delivered only in person, issued each guest a certificate of participation with 4 credits for Radiation Protection Experts.
The event also saw the participation of L.T. Solution (www.LTSolution.it), MITAmbiente's strategic partner for Sicily and Calabria, involved at the operational and authorization levels in the decommissioning and installation of high-tech medical facilities.
